I don't know of a fix for this unfortunately, as far as I know it's a known softlock that's currently on the list of stuff to look at

I believe this is caused by a previously animated sprite that's broken - if you go into the custombattlers/indexed folder and delete the sprite it should go back to the autogen and be fixed

idk about the non pokemon sprites but the custom pokemon one you have to place each sprite directly in the custom bats folder, just place the zip in custom bats then use select all then move them backwards in the address line c:

Those are optional. They are not necessarily meant to be used. Those images are there if you want to use them. There is no other folder for the game

When you beat a gym leader with a randomized typing, the TM they give you changes to a possibly random TM of that gyms type. I have gyms randomized and a fighting type brock just gave me work-up.

You basically just need to get any images you want in the game in the custombattlers folder without any other folders wrapping them
the other/icons/etc folders are optional and legacy stuff, you don't need them

for 4.9 --> 5.1.1.1 you'll need to download the full version separately and then use the save migration bat file in the folder to move your save
that said, some 4.9 saves are incompatible due to major story changes, and all of your pokemons moves will basically be random until you go upstairs and relearn them
generally if you're trying to move from 4.x to 5.x I recommend just starting over, game is super replayable anyhow

so i recently got a new laptop and i went to reinstall Infinite Fusion, im currently trying to move over the full 1-86 sprite pack but the location that it tells me to put the sprites isnt a file folder, its just a file
i didnt really wanna copy all the sprites over into the indexed folder because all the fusions are sorted 1-420 in their own files, so copying over the sprites wouldnt replace the proper files

if you copy the custombattlers inside of the sprite pack into the graphics folder it'll auto merge them with the already existing custombattlers folder
when you start up the game next, they'll be sorted into the indexed folder as needed

it's in winrar because it is a compresed file, what you need is inside the winrar file, you need to open the winrar, select the carpets inside and extract them in the correct place, like in the video. If the problem is something else i dont think im understanding you

regarding this error that i am experiencing, i managed to make the game work once in randomizer but decided to start a new game to see if anything happened, everything went fine until the point of deciding the randomnes of the pokemon, wich allowed me to choose twice (it should be one) and proceeded to crash.

I'm having problems with my game. After I leave/enter a building, end a battle, or fight a trainer, a prolonged black loading screen appears and its as if the game just stops working. Debugger does not fix it, and after about three minutes, the game starts working as if nothing happened

so, when I went back to try to collect it again, it resolved itself, but it gave me aerodactyl instead of the shieldon i think, from the armor fossil. Not sure why it reset to aerodactyl, but i guess its resolved now? Just i get one less pokemon because of glitch 😭

I have the game running in wine, and controller input works, but the button bindings are wrong. When I try to reassign them in the F1 menu, pressing the controller button I want to use gives that controller input to the running game while the F1 menu continues to wait for an input to bind to that function. i need help. i watched a youtube tutorial on how to download this game on android and followed all of the steps, after which i realise this would take alot of effort to set up. so when im stump on how to extract it, i just tried to cancel it mid way, but after that there has been many files and sprites that keeps appearing in my files and photos. even after i thought i deleted them all more would appear on the next day, and its been taking a toll on my phone. its super slow all of the time and gets really hot after only a bit. how do i stop the sprites from appearing on my files? i just want it to go back to normal

Sprite question.
I wanted to replace the games bag pictures with the extra ones from the sprite pack, but the ingame folder ones are different from the included-in-the-spritepack bag ones.
Ingame folder has both a literal "bag" and the backgrounds separate, while the spritepack has them in 1 picture.
While trying to replace the "bag1f" pictures with the spritepack ver, this happens.

Hey @inner bronze! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

It's probably crashing cause the roamer is always the first encounter of the route and that's conflicting with the radar's pool of mons.

you should eventually get to a screen that looks like this when you finish the first few steps, once you do click install software then click the blue button shown here. It'll let you choose a file, from there select the Pokemon Infinite Fusion.exe file and then it should download and become playable

it takes quite a bit to download, let it sit for 20 min or so, especially if you have Internet problems, and make sure you extract it before doing anything

Hey @lapis quiver! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.
You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!
