ok nothing has been said all day about this, so i'll do it in the format in Pins...

1. Version of the game you are playing- 5.1.0.3
2. Screenshot of the issue (when possible/practical)- see above
3. Description of what you were doing when you encountered the error- Anytime i use Fly or Teleport, this comes in and my game crashes.
4. Ideally, if the issue persisted when you applied the tech support solutions in the pins.
   As for the tech support solutions- I'm using the latest patch, I'm using the classic UI, turbo is not turned on and Autosave is turned on

I don't know enough when it comes to these errors, but if you go to that directory, graphics/pictures and then look for the file called mapRegion0.png, is it there?

For some reason (I think I saw people get that issue as well) my game takes a long time to load zones whenever I'm leaving pokémon fights or buildings, while I don't have any lag when I'm moving. I loaded a savefile from a way earlier version into the newest version (cause I didn't play from a long time) and there's only this issue. Can i easily solve it or no ?

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

You can just patch the game to the newer version and it should be fine. Alternative you can also just go to the save filder on your old version. Take the the data's out if it and put it in the save file from the newer version

you can change it in the files by finding the custom battlers folder finding the sprite using this number 134.144 and change the name to that and find the initial sprite and change its name to something else (to keep it easy to find later on just add a letter at the end)

you can change the name in the same file to the inverse but then you wont be able to get the reverse of the sprite. if youre fine with that then you should be able to change it to 144.134 just be sure to change the name of the original sprite @vale saffron

I would try using the search function in this discord. Tons of people have the problem but there isn't ever enough info as to why it happens. But you should delete the folder you extracted pokemon infinite fusion into. Your saves will not be touched unless you're on an older game than 5.0

If it happens after every battle and whenever you enter/exit buildings, use the "alternate launcher.exe" instead of the regular launcher. You might also want to enable the "DNA" icon option in the menu when you'll have 5-6 fusion in your party because the split fused icons sometimes lag on some computers

Hi, how can I install customs spirites?

Go to the file for the game, open the graphics folder, then open the CustomBattlers folder, then open the Index folder. That last folder will be filled with tons of number folders. The number of the folder is the pokedex number of the head of the fusion. So Folder 1 has all the custom sprites where Bulbasaur is the head.

The file name format is "(Head Pokedex number.Bottom Pokedex number.png" So a Venasaur head and Charizard body is named "3.6.png" and would be in Folder 3

So my Teleport cursor doesn't show so I can't teleport at all, Pokemon don't spawn in the grass/water/etc, and Pokeradar doesn't work in those areas. I'm using the latest update too

Hey @fast hollow! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

I've checked the in-game settings and my sound settings and volume mixer--no issues that I could find, and my headphones are properly connected and able to play sound for other things so I don't think its a problem of my head phones not connecting. I've closed and reopened the game, and I just restarted my computer and opened it again, and I'm still not getting any audio.

Hey @drifting elk! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Hey everybody, I managed to find out the save file location on Steam Deck Linux, which I was having trouble with a while ago, haven't seen a working guide anywhere online so I think I'll share what to do if anyone else needs help, might make a post on the subreddit too, but feel free to share it there too.
This should work for other RPGMaker Games and several other kinds of non Steam games too.

Basically, if you're using SteamOS, what you first want to do is download the game on your system, and send the save files of your game to your device (I did this via emailing myself them)
The Saves are usually stored in your Users/(YourUsernameHere)/Appdata/Roaming/InfiniteFusion (Or if you're using a different game whatever that one is called)

Then go into Desktop Mode and add the game to Steam as a Non Steam Game, then go into Properties, select Compatibility, and choose either Proton Experimental or Proton 7

Launch the game once, then go to your file manager and head to >Home>.steam>root>steamapps>compatdata

there will be a bunch of different folders all named with a bunch of random numbers, if you look closer there should be some folders that's number is a few or so digits longer than the others, all those ones are of non steam games

this part is tedious, but now manually open every folder that has a longer string of numbers and navigate through pfx>drive_c>users>steamuser>Application Data>

Eventually using this method you will find your Infinite Fusion save folder, and can place your Game.rxdata there to transfer your save

this should work with other RPGMaker Games and many other Non Steam Games in general, just with their respective windows save structure during the compatdata part

also note you need to have hidden files be set to visible to find/access your .steam folder

Hope this helps anyone else out who's been having the same issues, because I knew it was bothering me and was trial and error to work out.

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

Apparently I have a specific problem. I tried to take the third fossil to the museum, but the NPC said that they had already begun the process of revival. I took the previous Pokemon a long time ago and the new fossil was not taken away from me. Now the game thinks it has a non-existent fossil "ready", and when I try to pick it up to put the real one, the game just crashes. Here is a photo of the error. I tried to contact the update-men, it didn't help. I patched the game to the latest version, it didn't help. So now I'm asking for help if this can be solved at all without a separate patch.

The last two times I've patched the game it breaks wild encounters for me so they don't spawn. Just to confirm I'm not the big dumb, all you have to do when patching is to copy all the files in the patch folder and paste them into the game folder right? and hit "replace all"?

You are doing it right. The reason why its breaking is that you are playing the game on random. Go back in your game, talk to the update man, turn off randomize, and then turn it back on. Should help. If you're not randomizing... well.. IDK

Hey @quick monolith! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

Hey @rocky shale! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

No, they didn't like that idea. I would just delete and start fresh. Patching from 5.0 to 5.1 is very problematic. Just download 5.1.1-full and play that version. Your saves will still be there

Hi. I don't know if anyone can help. I am trying to play Fusion on my mobile via Joiplay. I downloaded the 5.0.36 version and the patch. But when I play the textures are all like this. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hey @olive bison! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow, glitchy, or downright unplayable.
