I would say make sure your graphics drivers support openGL2.0+ since that's the other main thing that seems to stall the game out for people, at least on windows

this is a bug that should be fixed in the most recent version of the game, but you might have to exit mt ember with an escape rope or dig if you saved inside

you need the gas mask to get in there, so you entered without it while the bug was happening which is bad

#

if your operating system is 32 bit (basically, old) then you can't run the 5.0 game, sorry

4.9 will probably work for you though

but it has a lot more crashes, so just be aware of that

sorry about this - the bug is known but we don't really have a fix for it at the moment. Still not quite sure what causes it. Only thing I've seen is someone was able to fix something like it by resetting their controls to the defaults, but it might've been a different issue

best advice I can give is looking up RPG maker and seeing if the issue exists for other games that use it

long story short, was afk in the game for a couple hours after just starting, come back to see me being unable to talk to npcs and having no clue what to do. So i try to restart the game, no luck, cant even get in. Decided to delete the save files in hopes of the game wiping back to normal, try opening up the game again, black screen with the f1 message thing. closed the game again, reopened got this message, deleted everything except the zip files, reextracted them, still getting this message

he had it installed prior but his files were all over the place, we tried getting rid of the old files, put the game in a propper folder on its on with all the files, checked it to make sure it had all the files, it did, and still stripes, tried updating drivers, but his drivers wont update, and yes tried the pinned comment, but have not tried the deleting whatever driver and restarting

if deleting the driver doesn't work, you might be SOL - I know some graphics cards are just not supported by rpgmaker unfortunately

I'm not familiar with a black room bug on 5.x, if you think you can actually move it might be that some of the assets in the room aren't loading

otherwise you might want to try reextracting the game with 7zip or some other utility, possible that some of the sprites aren't loading because they didn't extract

So I downloaded the most recent spritepack and patched my game today, for some reason the default mime jr. sprite is the jevil alt one and when I go to change it to normal mime jr. it says it's on the normal mime jr. already and that there aren't any alts. Hey @formal crow! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

I got to my pc and started to transfer, but the operation cannot complete. In addition, no matter what I do I cannot delete the file and it's extremely concerning why I can't remove this file.

On one hand, the Beta 5.10 release REALLY reduced the startup time from 15+ minutes to less than 5. On the other, 'transitioning' to the overworld, either by exiting a building, teleporting, or ending a battle now adds at least 30 seconds of black screen, where before it wasn't noticeable. Made it easier to play but unplayble. Can't really report anything, but hopefully more performance optimizations next release.

Hey @mild lotus! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

a more permanent change is to find the actual sprite in customBattlers in your files and rename the sprite you like to the actual numbers of the sprite (No extra stuff like a stunfisk/stunfisk fusion will be named 420.420

  3. Description of what you were doing when you encountered the error:
    Using a Linux system, I extracted Pokemon Infinite Fusion v5.0 into /home/%User%/%Folder/%Folder%/%Folder%/PokemonInfiniteFusion/ and imported the game into Steam and ran the Game.exe with Proton Experimental. The game started sucsessfully, I was able to use the menu and start a new game file. I saved the game and now I have no idea where the save file got sent on my system. I can confirm the game file exists and I can reboot the game and the save file is still recognized to exist by the game itself. Not sure if this is a Steam Proton problem or not, but I thought it should be mentioned here anyway. If anyone has info on trying this, please tell me.
