Yes, the game has been received extremely well, and I’m pretty sure anyone who didn’t like it didn’t enjoy because of the difficulty. When a game is hard, people feel the need to vent. A lot. Hence all the posts about the difficulty. It’s just much tougher than HK in many ways. The game treats you very harshly, not just with bosses or platforming, but with the economy, backtracking, and more. It’s really hard. I personally love it, but it’s definitely not for the average player.

||Hunter's March's end bench near the temple, sitting on it springs a trap that hits you for 2 damage. You can dodge this trap (i did) and you can disable it after.||
||Sinner's Road's first bench will jam after you pay for it, and you'll need to do a difficult platforming section to unstick it. Once you do it's good to go||
||Bilewater has a bench that just breaks when you sit on it, and dunks you into the water (said water in that area drains your silk meter||
