I am taking into consideration the entire video I also mentioned the body of the video like the fact he spent the majority of the time speaking about IPs and copyright and trademarking yet only spent a small fraction of the video on fair use. Also language and words have meaning ever heard the phrase "charged language"? This is a trick Lawyers like the one in the video use to convince people to change their mind. Also it does help my case since Capcom never shut down charities using it's games to help people. Capcom's lawsuits are also considerably more justified looking at the history since there are been clear knock offs to certain IPs and games released that could hurt their patents. The choice is for Nintendo to just back off. They didn't need to shut down charities or sue palworld for a simple mechanic that other games have used.
