Yes that part was ok but even he makes the argument that this is the "only" way to act which is propesterous. There is always a choice and there have been other companies that have been more balanced. Also I would say the video wouldn't have been biased if the video spent an equal amount of time explaining the law of fair use.

But even then, what other company the size of Nintendo is actually any better at this stuff? Specially in the japanese side.

When he said it was the only way to act you should always look out for bias. Often times people say stuff like this and put people into false dichotomies but in reality there are other choices. Also many companies have done better at balancing their IPs vs abusing copyright. Capcom has done a much better job at this than Nintendo. They did protect a few patents but eventually the courts in Japan found Capcom couldn't maintain their patents over certain mechanics. Nintendo gets special treatment due to it's size.
