Chibodee Crocket is the neo American pilot of gundam maxter, and he’s also a boxer, so his gundam punches instead of launching projectiles. He has an all-girl pit crew and apparently is a reckless driver judging by the fact he keeps crashing vehicles. He’s the guy with clown ptsd.

best I could think of for a way to make a regional Meganium work that separates it from the other tanks like Ferrothorn and Amoongus is to make it a grass/fairy type and give it something like misty surge maybe, or at the very least an ability similar to how seed sower works but with misty instead of grassy idk, most people I've seen agree on Meganium having a part fairy type anyway so that could be interesting
