I can agree with muzan not beign a great villain, but i don't see how that makes it bad. It's the same thing as a lot of other old shonen villains who are just evil for being evil like frieza. I do agree with some plotpoints being left out which was actually something bad that i can agree with. that being said some characters becoming super powerful for no reason does not really sit right with me. Are you saying that they should've had no chance at beating certain demons? I can understand that but it's still a shonen at the end of the day, the main cast will always win no matter what so it's not really something that you should be concerned about it's just how it works in these types of series. At the end of the day i really don't think you view this series as trash, it just doesn't fit your taste. from my understanding you like precise and well written series that don't pull bullshittery and like to keep everything within the realms of possiblity and everything having a clear explanation for it
