in terms of accessibility from a gameplay standpoint you're better off starting with Ruina or Limbus but in terms of a narrative standpoint Lobotomy is chronologically the first game
you can technically skip Lobotomy since Ruina just recaps the end of Lobotomy Corp in the earlygame so that the player would actually get caught up with the current storyline but know that narratively speaking the context for both Ruina and Limbus all originate from the events of Lobotomy Corp

oh yeah I forgot to mention Ruina
it's basically a "roguelike" deck-builder where you basically run a death game as opposed to trying to tear it down

one last thing to note about these 3 games is that they're made by a bunch of Korean English majors

which implies two things

• Koreans are second to the Chinese in terms of their games being up there on the difficulty slider
• them being English majors means they really want you to read

Lobotomy Corp is a game designed with frustration, repetition and resets in mind (you're not expected to finish everything on your first run, especially if you don't read) especially since the difficulty curve is all over the place considering how a majority of the game is RNG

Ruina has a more... "fair" difficulty curve and is generally perceived as the easier game on account of the fact that despite the game still being mostly RNG some of the RNG factors can be tilted in your favor if you know what you're doing. I put "fair" in quotation marks because there are definitely some parts of the game that can be described as "casual filters", most of which stem from the abnormality fights you need to do for the true ending. There's a reason it's most famous denotation is the phrase "the difficulty spike is vertical" (oh the human battles are pretty tough too but again, if you know what you're doing the difficulty in those only ramps up around the endgame)

Limbus being a gacha is easy as piss, which is why it's the most accessible of the games, there's only around an estimate of 2 fights in the game where you actually have to read but most of the enemies can be plowed through with a decent enough leveling of IDs and a basic understanding of their gimmicks if necessary
