Nintendo can't copyright creature capturing, the problem isn't that as a concept or genre, the problem is that other games take significant effort in trying to stand out and look original, and then palworld comes trying to take pokemon's creature styles.

A survival sandbox game with creature capturing as a mechanic? Sounds fine, could be good. But Palworld's execution coming from a company where the CEO's shilled about AI, has 2 other early access games already, and has gone on record to say they don't care about originality?
