Example, rapidash at a speed stat of 193 is 70 mph. At 339 (likely the fastest it can physically go) it's mph is 123
So by this logic Cofagrigus is 58 x 2.75 = 21 mph at it's slowest at lvl 100.
It's fastest possible speed stat is 174, so 174 x 2.75 = 63 mph
