Some people man...
Will make the greatest sprites imaginable, but completely forget how it actually looks ingame.

They will look at the max size and be like "Yeah sure I'll just hit that exactly", like this is supposed to be filled out as much as possible.

No sense of frugality...

The idea of max size is that details can get that far.
Like, with stuff like this, it's basically a complete card art, not something used as a sprite in game.
And it's really a shame, since as I said these sprites are often great, some of the best even, but will then simply not get their full shine in the game.
