I have just downloaded the patch again but from mediafire and it also has all the folders. so just download it again if yours are missing for some reason. I have attached the screenshot so you can see that all of these indexed folders are in the proper place, which is in /indexed/
then of course all the sprite images go directly into custombattlers where the message says, and they are auto sorted into their folders inside indexed when the game boots. you do not put any extra folders inside custombattlers. just follow the simple instructions
