Well the way I got mine was to capture an elekid which as I recall spawn In the area east of Pewter and before Mount Moon. I got lucky and the one that I captured was holding its evolution item. From there it was just a matter of waiting for it to evolve to electabuzz

yup, find the image save it in the specific folder within the "Indexed" folder

if it says there already is a file with that name. verify and then if it still is that way, rename the file with an "a" or "b" depending if there is one of those already as well
