For that art, it is 94.94a = Gengar/Gengar, alternate art #a
You can swap alternate art using the Pokedex and changing the current Gengar/Gengar (Mega Gengar) to that art that you saw

You can also add your own custom arts and swap to them using the same means.
(I believe. You may have to put it in the Custom Sprites folder.... haven't done it myself, so not quite sure. I do know that you can add your own custom sprites/downloads into the game)
