Personally, I would go with Green for power & Red for flexibility and dragon stab

Yeah, but I also wanted the Sp.Atk stat. So the 5 atk and 9 speed wasn't worth 53 Sp.Atk.

Hydreigon has access to SO many moves, especially TM, so I wanted flexibility to swap his moves whenever I wanted to whatever I wanted, so I needed Atk & SpAtk. I knew he wouldn't die unless there was a field effect (spike, sandstorm, hail, stealth rock), and I was right. He only died twice, once to Tyranatar's sandstorm and another to a Burn on hitting a fire type.

You chose Green form, so it is pure psychic, so remove Moonblast for sure. Then I would search for some differing moves so that if Jirachi struggles, Deoxys can kick butt.
Jirachi is probably fine as is. Calm Mind and 3 powerful moves is fantastic as long as it can survive.
