Sprite is all messy, in some parts you're doing large pixels, in others you're doing small pixels.
For this game all sprites are 2x2 pixel art.

The easy way to go about is to make your sprite in a 144x144 canvas and do 1x1, then export to 200% size and it should prevent you from doing "mixels"
