SEAKING/GARDEVOIR = SEAQUEEN

Gardevoir has a ton of competition from Togekiss, Sylveon, and even Clefable.

• Togekiss passes Fairy, its good Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and decent HP stat on its head, plus its gets Serene Grace as an ability to pass over + Roost for reliable recovery.
• Sylveon gets Pixilate, meaning it can turn any strong Normal-type move into a Fairy-type nuke. This works well on both Sp. and even Physical Attackers of almost any type: Rampardos is an unlikely but great partner since Rampardos benefits from Sylveon's bulk and Pixilate-boosted STAB Thrash + Quick Attack.
• Clefable prefers bulkier partners, but it still gets access to Magic Guard, meaning zero recoil on moves. This is particularly devestating when you pair Clefable with a Light of Ruin mon, like Jirachi.

So far I like Gardevoir best when you pair it with either already strong Sp. Attackers (like Magnezone, Reshiram, the Latis, etc), or, again, Speed Boost mons. Blaziken and Yanmega are the premier two.

Levitate helps a lot because the worst of those becomes an immunity, and Rotom is the only Electric type with Levitate available in IF.

There's similarly no Steel-type with Levitate in IF.

Well, I just found a fusion that I feel like I have to use

Best Offensive types based on mathematical formulas:

1. Ground/Rock, hits the most stuff for neutral (EdgeQuake coverage as the competitive people say), but is very much a glass cannon typing since it has so many weaknesses. Doesn't help that all the mons that get this typing in mainline are slow and bulky, not fast and offensive.
2. Ground/Fire, hits the same number of things for neutral as Ground/Rock, but benefits from a slightly better defensive typing, with only 2 weaknesses. Primal Groudon turn one of those weaknesses into an immunity, and has been the king of Ubers ever since as a result.
3. Flying/Ground, Landorus-T. That is all.
4. Ground/Ice, excellent offensive coverage that also has the side-effect of minimizing most of Ice's many weaknesses.
5. Fairy/Ground, takes the most balanced offensive/defensive type and pairs it with the best offensive type. Nothing in mainline with this typing exists, but if something is introduced and it has good stats, it could be game-breaking.

As you can see, Ground is pretty strong.

and this one was a decent head fusion

Gliscor Head gives its HP, Sp. Attack, and Sp. Defense, so normally Body fusions are a bit better.
