I would argue that Voltorb and Diglett sort of wrap back around to being interesting for designs because of their respective jokes, Voltorb being an exploding Pokeball and Diglett just being a little guy poking out of the ground. Munna is just a pink shape with a floral pattern, and it doesn't resemble a tapir all that much, far less so than Drowzee does
