The elite 4 levelled up after mount silver , then you can rematch all 16 gym leaders and finally beat an even higher level elite 4.
Not really much in terms of new stuff but the last version of the elite 4 is decently strong

Hey @cosmic cove! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

This means that each use adds a flat amount to how much you will gain, ethers and the likes are a waste when you could just finish the battle, heal up and go again.

How to transfer Hidden Ability from one Pokémon to another

So this can ONLY be done with Pokémon caught naturally with their hidden ability, not with a hidden ability ball. Easiest method would be going to Secret Forest which is always a Hidden Ability area, as it doesn't matter which Pokémon you get with a hidden ability. It only matters that it naturally had that HA.

Take mon with HA and fuse it with the mon you want a HA on, and make sure the mon that currently has the HA is the body

Choose the HA, then use a reverser to reverse the fusion, then unfuse the fusion. The other pokemon should now have its HA!

NOTE: Sometimes stats will be temporarily messed up, but will fix upon leveling or fusing

On the new HA mon, you'll actually get access to the move relearner moves of the moves the other pokemon knew when it was captured in addition to the regular moves it can relearn

From the Secret Forest, you can then enter the Viridian River where depending which tile you enter from, you will find different sets of starters as an overworld encounter. You'll hear a sound cue if an overworld encounter spawns when you enter the area.

there's the petaya, qualot, tamato, grepa, hondew, kelpsy, and pomeg berries from the official games, and like them, they will lower EVs for that noted stat of the berry by 10 (but never lower than 0) so you can use them as you please if they aren't berries you want EVs from.

can get them from the shop on kin island in the sevii islands, and also near fuscia at the south bike road entrance, if you surf, there's a farm that also has those berries randomly. also berry bushes on routes 18, 30, 36, and 37.

and they all raise friendship too of course

Hey @dense oxide! Are you trying to evolve Nincada? It evolves into Ninjask at level 20! If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:

The best way to farm exp is through trainer rematches. You can talk to a trainer again and get the option to rebattle them. The more you battle them, the higher the level they become and their Pokémon can evolve as well.

Number of Rematches:

• After 4 rematches, the head Pokémon will evolve regardless of badges.
• After 9 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, the head and body Pokémon will evolve.
• After 19 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, it will evolve again.
• After 29 rematches and gaining 6 or more badges, it will evolve again if not maxed already.

Having trouble keeping up your chain? Read through the steps below.

1. Gather up Repels and Pokéballs of your choice. It is also recommended to have Elixirs, Ethers, or Leppa Berries as well to maintain PP.
2. Apply a repel outside of the grass ⬅️ and then enter the grass where your desired Pokémon is located. The Radar has its own built in radar that only lasts 8 steps. The extra repel is for larger patches that would require more than those 8 steps. For small patches of grass, additional Repels aren’t needed
3. Use the Radar and interact with rustling grass until you find the Pokémon you are looking for, running away from any Pokémon you are not hunting.
4. Defeat or capture the Pokémon. Do not run away. More grass will be rustling around you. Choose a spot that is 4 steps away through grass tiles and is surrounded by grass on all sides. If such a location does not rustle, reuse your PokéRadar until it is. This will not break your chain.
5. Repeat step four until you find a shiny. You can use items between battles to maintain your Pokémon HP and PP.

After 20 battles, you have maxed out your Shiny chance. After 40 battles, you no longer risk breaking your chain based on grass distance however, having grass tiles around a spot is still important.

The room you are in is only for a legendary encounter. That rock is placed in such a way that you can use it as a shortcut if you're traveling the opposite direction.

a normal TiD and SiD are used to make ones pokemon as a normal none traded pokemon. even if just the TID is correct the main games still treat the pokemon as a traded mon if the SiD is not a match

I've been playing on hard mode trying to do a nuzlocke. I chose to do one of the wonder trades after i beat brock, but i've run into an issue. The level cap is 26, but at just level 23, my traded pokemon has stopped listening to me. Is this intended?

That’s how traded mons work in every single official Pokemon games. If they’re too high of level and you don’t have enough badges, they stop listening
