Could be, but the wiki seems to state the same place back in 2023 as far as I can tell, so unless it was initially on the other side of the waterfall at some point it could also be that you didn't find it until later on (since it is an item you see briefly after the cave but need to be on the other side of the cave to access, meaning backtracking would be required).
There are quite a few TMs I only got in the post game even if they were technically in a place I could have gone to before then (and a few would have really helped me too).

This effect only happens when you encounter a wild pokemon with a hidden ability, to make it a hidden ability holder.
Even when there is an outbreak thing, not all wild pokemons there will have their hidden ability, it is still a minority (or at least it feels like 30-40% at most to me).

It can apparently also miss if the opponent was already targetted by a future sight or doom desire.

If you have an empty slot in your party and a normal red Pokéball in your bag (won't work with other balls), you'll also get a Shedinja! If your Nincada was fused with something else (say, a rare legendary), you'll thus have two fusions of that other Pokémon, successfully duplicating it. :eyes:

it'll lower your karma if you side with TR during those missions, and your karma will remain unaffected if you report them to the police. however, these actions do not influence the main storyline. the main storyline influences it more, since if you complete mt. ember before doing the questline, then you're locked out of those quests (all except the VERY last one, where you get a mythical pokemon)

Hey @timber roost! Are you having trouble finding the entrance to Mt. Ember? Talk to Team Rocket outside of Cinnabar Island's Ferry Dock. Follow them inside and they will steal the boat. You will need to use surf through the currents in the Offshore Road to get to Mt. Ember.

The best way to farm exp is through trainer rematches. You can talk to a trainer again and get the option to rebattle them. The more you battle them, the higher the level they become and their Pokémon can evolve as well.

Number of Rematches:

• After 4 rematches, the head Pokémon will evolve regardless of badges.
• After 9 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, the head and body Pokémon will evolve.
• After 19 rematches and gaining 3 or more badges, it will evolve again.
• After 29 rematches and gaining 6 or more badges, it will evolve again if not maxed already.

Hey @harsh aurora! Are you looking for Teleporter? You can get the replacement item, the Teleporter, as a reward for scoring 5,000 points in the Goldenrod Radio Quiz, after liberating Silph Co (only once you have the HM already).
