yeah the Erika level cap has been broken for a while, but when 6.1 dropped it contains all of the new encounter and trainer data that was updated with their revamp. This should have also adjust changes they made if they touched level caps. I am assuming there was since trainers were updated.

Not sure if I should post it here or tech support, but I started a NG+ and my mons in my PC all have the OT as Unnamed. I was playing in Classic and going into Remix for NG+. I've tried starting a NG+ on Classic (to test it out) and the OT still says Unnamed. I've also noticed that both of my Trainer ID are different for both save files. Anyone know what's causing this?

Hey @lunar lion! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.
