Hey @sick shell! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

The error isn't wrong. it says this for a reason (we can't go into detail how we detect this). Delete the entire folder you have for the game and reinstall in a new folder

if you caught it naturally with the HA fuse the other way and then use DNA reverser
