#Cannot play on (vanilla) single player world due to mods needed for a server

Whenever I try to load my single player world while I have mods for VSN: The Paw installed, I get this list of messages. I am very out of practice with code and don't know where to look for the issue. The only solution that I have found it to fully delete all the mods whenever I want to play in single player. This is the first time that this issue has happened, as every other version of the game allowed me to load a vanilla world with mods in a server folder.
If I had to guess, my game is trying to read the mods in the server folder when loading my single player world, which does not make sense for it to do.
Game version is 1.22.7(stable).

It looks like it's combat overhaul, but I still shouldn't have an issue loading in to a single player world that has no mods

#

Also, I can't create any new worlds for the same reason

what's happening is that leftover mod data that got baked into the game is now causing issues when uninstalled - VS is unfortunately horrible at purging C#, and particularly in the case of mods it's not sure exactly what should be left behind

it's why there's a general warning with intense/content overwriting mods to make backups and keep things clean

I'll try that when I get home, I unfortunately had to go to work right after I made this
