Hello! I've made a mod called VS Chunk Manager to help with moving existing worlds to newer Vintage Story versions with updated world generation.

I originally made it to regenerate selected chunks when moving my 1.21 server to 1.22, so I could get the new river streams, structures, etc. without accidentally regenerating chunks containing my base.

The mod has since grown quite a bit — you can now select chunks directly on the world map using Single or Box selection, and either regenerate or delete them. It also handles clearing the affected areas from the player's map and includes a database vacuum option for cleaning up the world database after deleting chunks.

I know /prune exists, but I wanted much more precise control over exactly which chunks are affected.

Hope it helps some of you with updating or maintaining your worlds!

A world management tool for selecting, regenerating and deleting chunks from the map.

hey i have a question about your Mod in regarts to my Server I seem to have messed up the world generation—oceans are too big and islands are way too small. I also have the "Interesting Ore Generation" mod installed, which apparently causes certain ores to spawn rarely or not at all. So, here’s my question: if I adjust the server config settings, remove that ore mod, and then reload the map around my base, will ores start spawning normally again? And would the small islands disappear and be replaced by large ones?

Is there a way to use this in order to relight the entire map

I need a way to redo all the chunks without destroying any player build structures
