One way teleporter at spawn to 15k blocks south to a warm region. if you want to go back to 0 0 you gotta sail. (this teleporter is for new players who might start in winter but dont worry boats are faster)

Semi-Anarchy Server PvP and PvE 20-25 (max 50) player slots for the time. The server is Vanilla+ as it doesn't add many mods to change vanilla too much but does add some for QOL or interesting mods that should be in vanilla the only major ones are "Combat Overhaul", "Terra Prety" and maybe Dungeo...
