A very easy gold farm in 1.21.10 is a simple Nether portal zombified piglin farm. Build a basic platform, make a portal for them to spawn, and use trapdoors to guide them into a drop area where they die or can be killed easily. It’s cheap, early-game friendly, and gives gold + X
