I've had a Minecraft Realms subscription that I was duly paying for for a while, and starting April it wouldn't work anymore trying to access it.
I contacted support and answered their questions, then they acknowledged the problem existed, then I never heard again from them and they don't respond to my requests of updates on the situation.
All the while my Realms subscription was being duly paid.

I cancelled my subscription, but I don't know where to ask for refund for the two months for which I paid for the service, it wasn't provided to me, and support didn't do anything to resolve the situation?

So what I see:
The game boots up, and I see the little window.
The red Mojang screen finished loading, and the buttons STARTED fading in. From that point forward, the screen is stuck with the buttons around 10% opacity. I ran my cursor around the screen, noting the times my cursor changed, where the buttons were. Sounds still played. The image behind the buttons did change. Increasing the size of the window made the minecraft logo look like it was in a lower resolution.

I just tried opening it again. Now its stuck on the Mojang screen.

Is there a way to solve a "Terracotta" error code on ps5? I play in a friend's realm, rlcraft bedrock edition and so far I'm the only one suffering from it. That's fair. Another possible problem is minecraft itself. Sometimes it updates and these updates are too heavy for some computers. They typically fix this problem after receiving complaints like yours so just be patient and sorry your having this problem

a speed test, is done to the closest network server that is running the speedtest software, any MC server your connecting to is not that server and can be on the other side of the world

for instance us in australia sit at 200-500 ping for hypixel

hello, im hoping that me asking this question would result in a quick answer, because this is a problem ive had for a while and before across different systems

Im having an issue where minecraft, consistantly almost every half second, stutters

but before you tell me to allocate memory i am nearly 99% sure it isnt a memory/preformance issue.
I can get at least 60 frames a second with the stutter occurring
changing my min and max memory values with it still persisting
I even did the java argument for "permsize" whatever that did, and changing around the memory allocation for that did nothing
