Hello! My name is Rabies, and I have been a GSH customer for over a year now. I own 3 servers and have used GSH the entire time. I will be leaving an unbiased review below.ilyflumpy

Server Packages🦖

Each plan has their strengths and weaknesses. They are labeled clearly and effectively. There’s no way to be confused on your options as everything is clearly outlined! Updating your current package is extremely easy as well. I originally started with the Deinonychus package then bumped up to the Allosaurus package. When the ticket was made it was completed same day in less than an hour. Which brings me to my next point!

Tickets🐊

GSH ticket system is simple and effective. I have never had a ticket go unanswered. 90% of the time I do not get to finish filling out my ticket before staff claim the ticket and introduce themselves. Staff are almost always available for assistance via text or vc for ease of service!

Pricing & Billing🦕

Server prices are clearly displayed and reasonable. On top of this, billing is always clear about due dates, amount due, and is delivered to you via Discord & email. When I needed a payment moved to a different date, they did so with no questions asked and even made sure not to overcharge me for the change of date! If your payment is late (like I have run into before) the way you pay your bill does not change.

Online Resources📊

Not only does GSH provide server hosting, but an incredibly detailed website called Knowledgebase. Without this website I would not have lasted as a server owner. Not only does the website get updated daily, but they keep up with all playable stats including mods. I can get every stat in Path of Titans via the Knowledgebase with ease. GSH also has the ability to assist with PotBot related issues when owners are in need of help.

The Knowledgebase has clear instructions on how to implement any server changes while giving you the commands to do so. They list every command while explaining what and how the command works.

Suggestions✅

GSH is known to ask their community for suggestions and comments. I myself have left a few comments on different abilities I would love to see implemented (for example, a way for players to check the in-game time). After a while, it was added. I am not claiming I am the sole reason the command was added, but seeing it implemented does make me feel heard.

Server Hosting Quality🧾

I have never had an outage in the 14+ months I have had GSH. I do not have any problems with in game lag, buffering, bugs, or crashes. Not once!!!

Staff Members❤️

While moving packages I explained I was having financial hardship and that was why I was late to a payment. Staff gave me a discount as well as some assistance in moving payment dates to help me manage my personal funds when paying for the servers.

My Recommendation🙋‍♀️

Do not pick another server provider. Not only is GSH cost effective, professional, clear to understand, and reliable but they are very clearly here for the community. I have never had a feeling that they were in this for the money. GSH is more than a business, but a fantastic friendly community that I know I can rely on for all of my needs! Do not rate shop for a “cheaper” server to cut costs, because you will only cut your PoT owner experience short.

GSL🚨

I am a tester for GSL and have been since the beginning! It is a very ambitious project that GSH should be proud of. I cannot wait for the community to get their hands on it!!!
