If its not any faster I'll say the lunar isle teleport puts you next to the bank, and after dream mentor there's one stall you can use without the seal of passage, so if you're using a house teleport tablet to make trips back you can just resupply at lunar isle and then talk to the other bank workers to go to relleka

yeah very disappointing combat relics, so in rs3 if you remember there's a GCD (global cooldown), so every single ability is on a 3 tick GCD, so you can only use abilities every 3 ticks. I really wanted them to lower it to 2, so it would be like in OSRS where you hit so fast, but nope

If you’re somehow late to getting mage range melee’s mage up and a tick behind on the mage then just pray melee to avoid death type of thing
