Hi, so i just detected bug like problem, i was at tree patch and it was bugging like the trunk was invisible and top with leaves was visible, other tree patch with full grown tree was completely invisible, both had weeds growing where three should have been. Howdy - Over the past ~30 hours I've been experiencing some changes that I can't figure out. The cargo hold on my boat no longer shows the item count number. Ground items are not being highlighted, and my alch threshold isn't triggering anymore (I think I fixed this!). This could be a case of me being an idiot but I did not change anything, and messing with any of the in-game/plugins does not fix it. I was having some PC issues and restored to a backup from a few days ago, my runelite now has no plugin hub plugins showing in the plugin list, but when I look at the hub, they show as installed, if I then click Remove, they just sit on 'Removing' forever.

None of my plugins lost settings it seems like, but i'd prefer not to start from scratch if possible, is there a fix other than reinstalling runelite?

Hey, I just downloaded a fresh install. I'm going through the launcher. It will load up but when I try to log in. It will say loading please wait in the corner. Sometimes I can log in, sometimes not. If I do get in I can maybe play for a minute and then it completely freezes.

This is a new install of windows today, updated Nvidia drivers. Deleted the control panel app. Tried 32 bit 64 bit. Safe mode.

Turned off all plugins.

Is the in-game ping display on World Hopper broken? I can't get any ping value to display. I've tried turning the plugin off and on, toggling the "Display current ping" option off and on, as well as switching from Java 25 to Java 17. RL overlays and many Jagex widgets can be moved around the screen by holding the Drag Hotkey, (default: Alt) configurable in "RuneLite" settings, and left click dragging it around the screen.
Some overlays can be resized by dragging their bounds, right clicking will also reset their size and position.
They can also contain additional options, such as opening the config of the plugin that makes them, which can be discovered by shift right clicking.

Is there a way to make it so runelite is not preventing my pc from shutting down when I don't close it? (For some weird reason it's also rebooting to my lockscreen if I don't close runelite before shutting down, maybe a solution to it blocking a shutdown would also solve this).

Hi! I just redownloaded Runelite onto a brand new PC and signed in with my account, then restarted. It isn't pulling up my previously downloaded plugins at all, and I'd hate to have to find all of them and reconfigure everything. Pretty much every time I've heard people reporting this it's because they have RuneLite set to use a display adapter that is different from their system's default display adapter

It should invalidate but just be more mindful of what it’s for.

The following actions should be performed from a secure computer or secure mobile device:

• Change your RuneScape password
• Remove and re-add Authenticator to RuneScape

• Change your email's password
• Add 2FA to your email if you haven't got it enabled
• Check for any linked accounts by accessing the account settings page (https://www.runescape.com/account_settings)

I hopefully can explain this correctly, I am having screen quick freezes every couple of seconds using runelite, I tested a bunch of things, (swapping of plugins, freeing up space removing cache) nothing seemed to help it.
I then pulled up the base client and ran into doom (where this problem is not so good) and had no issues.

So I assume I need to reinstall runelite which would be my next step but if I lose all plugin data Id be a pretty sad camper

Anyone have advice on this

Hey guys, i need help

I recently upgraded my Account to a Jagex Account. Thats makes the runelite client only available via the Jagex Launcher. Since im using it, i experience alot of freezes especially when im fighting a boss.

I tried alot of things but nothing worked and im out of ideas.

• i have a Gaming Pc with a rtx 3060ti and my CPU is the i5 11400F (so i guess its not gpu based)
• tested my network and everything other than runelite works fine. Videos and such load quickly
• tried to play on safe mode. Still doesnt work (played without plugins)
• downgraded my nvidia driver, didnt work.
• deleted both, the jagex launcher and runlite and all its files.

Id appreciate if someone has the nerve to help me with it xD

Hey, I'm having issues with a plugin but I cannot replicate it consistently so it's very hard to troubleshoot/narrow down, was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to figure out what plugin it is since I can't replicate it.

Problem: Sometimes after taking a fairy ring (specifically, right after I click confirm on the fairy ring menu), my click action on most of my inventory becomes "drop" for 1 click, even items where neither click nor shift-click are set to drop (eliminating it being my shift key being stuck or something). Has been happening when doing clues and slayer boosting. I have many plugins that interact with the fairy ring due to Shortest Path and clue/slayer plugins. Attached are 5 clips of it with showing my menu swaps for the spade.

Also not sure if it's related but rarely when I open my game, my Custom Menu Swaps plugin is toggled off somehow despite never turning it off.

Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

I've been having an issue in RuneLite. I stopped playing in November and came back end of January. Since then, the game randomly freezes. I see no changes in FPS or ping, but most of the screen just randomly locks up.

During the freezes I can still switch interface tabs (inventory/prayer/etc). And when I click on a prayer, the circle around the icon does light up, although it doesn't remove the circle from the previously used prayer (it shows as praying both ranged and magic at the same time).

So clicks do register. Another example: While at P3 Wardens, my team tells me in VC where to click (left/middle/right), but I don’t see anything happening, it's like looking at a screenshot. The game window is just static, but apparently I'm dodging all attacks like a pro. 😂
This lasts a couple of seconds, up to like 10, and in some cases it takes so long that the "connection lost" message appears.

I tried turning off plugins and a fresh install of RuneLite. My hardware isn’t maxing out; GPU is only using like 10% of capacity while using RuneLite. Other games work fine. I even tried a full Windows factory reset. So far nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

On Linux (X11), Linux (Wayland), and macOS, if you change a setting in a plugin, right-clicking the game does not take focus (i.e. you can't use your F-keys until you left-click the game again). On Windows, right-clicking the game is enough for the game to take focus. I have found that enabling Stretched mode on Linux makes the behaviour work like on Windows. Clip in Safe Mode

I've been having a problem for a while now that persists through multiple reboots/reinstalls: none of my GPU plugins are working. Whenever I try to turn on the built-in GPU plugin or 117 HD, the toggle button just flickers and turns back off again. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my GPU (other games are working just fine) and it USED to work. Sometimes -- very occasionally, like once every 20 reboots -- it will work perfectly. I'm just having a hard time figuring out what's different on those times. If I post my logs could I pick your brains and see if y'all can figure it out?

Not sure if a RuneScape or a RuneLite glitch so I’m reporting it to both just in case. Not an emergency, just a weird graphical error where part or all of my mahogany tree patch(es) on Fossil Island are missing and appear as weeds despite the mouse-over still giving me the option to chop it 😂 Have restarted computer. Restarted, reinstalled, and updated RuneLite to the latest version. GPU plugin seems to working fine (and on adaptive Vsync). Nothing out of sorts hardware or connection wise. I will report back if it happens again after today’s system update.

My runelite has been messing up majorly lately. The audio stopped working (no longer an issue as it fixed by itself). I couldn't log in, this resolved by itself somehow. Deleting and reinstalling won't really do anything.

The first issue sounds like it resolved itself so I wouldn't worry about it, the second is almost certainly either related to the game's maintenance window or your connection to game servers, and the third is probably a combination of your inventory not being quite in the default location (hold alt and right click it to reset its position) and your overlays not being in the blue anchor areas

Actually this might just happen with one, too. But if you have even just a pixel of the client off screen when you close it, it'll reset its size and position

For the overlays you probably just accidentally dragged it a tiny bit (it happens fairly often) so I'd reset its position and go from there

Anyone know how I can begin toubleshooting an issue with certain sounds not being played? Affected audio includes all teleports, purple exploding mobs at lizardman shamans, and the blue AoE attack at Huey.

Swapping from Profile A to Profile B fixes it. I tried toggling each and every plugin on Profile A in between teleportings, somehow still muted each time. I'm going crazy trying to troubleshoot this.

Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

Question for anyone. This started when sailing came out, but now when I load into the delv for instance. None of the textures are loading it and its all black until I get right before the boss room. I've disabled gpu plugin which fixed it and tried legacy which works. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

( Please forgive me if this is not the right spot to ask my question..`` (Cut-To-The-Chase-Question: Is there any plugin that will let me target my single Player Opponent lets say in BH or Wildy? Not all players like the tools ive found but a Highlight NPC similar feature for players?) I am searching and searching and searching and am confused and not finding much info! I have a new vision issue due to a knife wound to the eye and this would be such a big help when thins get extra blurry on occasion. I imagine this feature must exist if there are already similar features like Player Highlighter, Click chat to highlight player, player indicators etx etc. If someone could please please tell me how to either highlight single opponents hulls or tiles or whatever! Id appreciate it a lot.

loot tracker plugin suggestion: there's currently 2 filters, price type and grand exchange. that's nice. i believe there should be a third option which is 'fixed price' which provides the price of the loot received at the time it is received (and remains locked at that price).

i'm mainly interested in this because i've had drops that have literally halfed in price since i received them (shadow for example) and some that have gone up massively.

Loot is aggregated when the client is closed so there's no way to tell when the drop was recieved or what the value was at that time. That wouldn't be possible without using significantly more storage.

if there's no way to tell when the drop was received etc, why would that prevent the possibility of retaining whatever number it produces? like i don't see how that number it initially produces needs the extra step of accounting for time/date beyond the second it produces the number
