Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

Doom boss drop rates were really hard to calculate because people only claimed golden drops and never anything that wasn’t a unique so it made it seem like a 100% drop rate for a unique… others are easier base on 1000k drops gives you a loot pool ranging from a to z.

RuneLite doesn’t have any arguments to do that. Is your monitor plugged into the discrete GPU?

If it is you could try setting GPU preference for RuneLite.exe Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings

If AMD drivers are not working with RuneLite then trying to use an AMD igpu isn’t likely to help. You should try downgrade to the suggested version.

When AMD releases a new version you can test if that fixes bug. Assuming it’s been reported and they care.

The scale setting in config just sets sun.java2d.uiScale. It's not integer only but not all linux desktop environments support fractional scaling.

they rely on onGameTick to also reset the lastseen to current systemtime

and that notification message only shows up when people do login/logout while you're logged in but if you login to see who's on and log out, you wouldn't update any last seens

so onGameTick or otherwise is sorta required to have an accurate record

I'm getting really low fps in Runelite (below 30). Tried 117, GPU, Low Detail, and all of the above off. Runelite is the only app I get low fps in. Gpu drivers up to date.

Tried at 2k, 1080p etc. All have similar results.

I am using the 64bit client.

I have tried launching the client in Safe Mode.

CPU: i7-9700k
GPU: 3070
RAM: 16GB DDR4

I just disabled all plugins and still don't go past 30 fps. It's definitely something to do with Runelite.

Can I please get someone to take a look at this? It's becoming hard to play when I get max 30 fps, usually below 25. I get higher FPS on my phone.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

Hi, I've had an issue for a while now where if I go into what I'd call high density graphic areas, such as ferox/fossil island, gwd, my client will start having fps lag.

This gets progressively worse the longer I stay in these areas until I'm forced to restart my client, which temporarily fixes the issue.

It's almost like there's a memory leak or something of that nature. I have a RTX 4080 Super, so much more than enough for OSRS, and I have updated the drivers. I am using GPU plugin.

I have heard it could be a plugin causing this, are there any specific plugins known for causing this sort of issue? Is there anything else I can try to sort this? It's been happening for months now

I think it may be with how I removed my tilemarkers. I went into my .properties file and removed all the tilemarkers because I was too lazy to go into all of the areas and remove them, but perhaps they never synced. And maybe my cloud profile got pulled back down

Disabled everything. Closed runelite, restarted jagex launcher and i saw the plugins weren't active because in my sidebar the only icon was the wrench.

But imediatly closed again after i saw the loading screen.

yes i saw that i disabled the watchdog plugin. Do you think that it would be glitching due to all the hubs? not all are active and the game runs smooth just the 2 cursors is throwing me off. The cursors come together at the very top left of the client and seperate further and further as i move to the bottom right of the client.

Do you have any kind of remote desktop software on your PC? Only time I've ever seen something close to that was with something like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. They usually have to re-draw the cursor in order to actually make it visible remotely. If the RDP software is using a different resolution to calculate where to draw the mouse, that would explain why they move differently but meet at the top left.

My farming tick has been incorrect since the sailing release. Upon login, my farming tick will almost always reset itself to whatever minute I logged in on. See below: In first picture, I logged in at 7:56am, my farming tick reset. But, I used ::farmtickreset at 8:12am (0:12 is my farming tick time), and all patches went back to normal (second picture).
Please fix the farming tick resetting on log in. It does not happen every time, but nearly every time I leave the client for more than 6 hours, and if I log in to the mobile client between log-ins on Runelite.

Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

okay guys update here. I had a shadow cursor effect in runlite with any of the GPU plugins active after the most recent update. Here is how I fixed it: Okay sssooo I guess when I updated my laptop ASUS ROG GA502DU features a dual GPU setup with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and the AMD Radeon RX Vega 10. The display setting in my computer for runelites advanced display settings changed itself to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 which apparently is only used via external displays through the HDMI port. I swapped it back to AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 which corrected the double cursor effect. Side Note: I lose so much quality with AMD vs NIVIDIA.

SUPPORT REQUEST: TIME TRACKING REMINDER

The time tracking reminder on runelite does not maintain my correct farming tick through logout/login.

Attached is a video (sorry for poor quality) showing my time tracking reminder tick changing from the correct time to whatever time it is on login.

Please look into this. It has been happening since the sailing update. Thank you.

EVEN WHEN I USE ::resetfarmtick, IT EVENTUALLY CHANGES TO THE WRONG TICK, AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO.

yes but you said yesterday you used to play on an RSPS which means you at one point were using a fake version of runelite, as the real version does not support RSPS's

so the version ur on currently is probably still messed with

today I uninstalled all runelite and runescape related content (rsps) that were still on the device. Restarted the pc, rechecked all updates, bios, drivers, operating system updates. Reinstalled runelite. The problem persisted. Oohh btw teamviewer was not installed on my computer. I googled my laptop specs and was not aware it had 2 GPU's, read a few articals regarding my specific device and played with the display settings to correct the issue, which worked.

It’s not about the hub plugin for time tracking reminders, as that uses core farming plugin for timers I think.

Run gradle shadowJar to generate a runnable jar in build/libs/*-all.jar. You can run the jar with java -jar -ea jarName.jar. If you run into problems, update build.gradle to the latest plugin template version.

First video shows me resetting my farm tick successfully at Falador patch (sorry for quality, full quality was above 100mb limit).
Second video shows me logging back in some time later, and my farm tick resetting to the minute I logged back in on.

I've been having trouble with small screen stutters and narrowed the problem down to brief single core cpu spiking (GPU drops to 0-5% power usage when spike happends, suggesting the cpu didnt send info).So far, I've tried running RuneLite without any plugins, updated all drivers, cleaned my PC, confirmed my RAM is stable, and reverted the CPU overclock to stock settings. I'm using a RTX 4060 and a ryzen 5 5600 6 core 3.5ghz with 16gb of ram. Are there any other things I can try?

Hi everyone, I recently switched to fedora linux (kde plasma) and use bolt launcher as a launcher. I copied my runelite.config file from my windows drive. Whenever I open the runelite sidebar with 117hd or GPU plugin enabled, my game does this and doesn't fix itself. I don't have this problem without either plugin enabled
