Hello, I resubbed to OSRS after a 6 monthish break and have since built a new PC. I unfortunately have lost all my runelite data for my main account, but I still have loot tracked on my alt account that never got wiped (on the RL website). I was wondering if there was some secret tech to recover my main account's data most importantly tile markers and bank tags. I have tried both my emails associated with RL and tried every profile within those but have not found anything usable. I know that I created a RL account on my old computer but there is no evidence of a cloud save anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated I have lost years of RL settings that I would like to have back.

RuneLite being a bit more sensitive to the 13/14th gen Intel issues seems to track with what I've seen from others. Unfortunately it tends to manifest before other issues do

Those crashes are in different places so yeah my guess is that it's likely hardware related unfortunately

Hello friends. I'm having weird problems with profiles. I am signed into RuneLite with my email address. I can see the profiles listed on the website. But I don't see them listed on the runelite client. I have restarted my pc, reinstalled runelite, signed in and out of the client and checked on another computer. The issues seems to be with my account. Another weird thing is, when i add a new profile, I'm not able to rename it.

FYI: There's a weird problem where menu options will swap rapidly (e.g., between bank and examine). It's caused by a conflict between the "Menu Entry Swapper" and "Tool Required" plugins. Disabling one of them fixes the issue. The "Tool Required" plugin was recently advertised in a youtube video, so I imagine a few people will be experiencing the issue. I saw @regal locust mention it earlier today.

just letting you guys know, i solved the issue, it was windows side. The issue was that my windows files had 2x 'GameInputService' running at once and one was crashing causing the delay of input during gameplay. thought i'd update you guys on the fix.

Hi guys, I'm having a bit of trouble with the installation of Runelite. To preface yesterday i downloaded runelite and was able to use it normally with no problems, but after i closed the game when i tried to open it again afterwards using the jagex launcher but the runelite option it gave me an error. I uninstalled and deleted everything that had to do with runelite but now when i try to reinstall it it just won't do it

i go through the setup normally but when i click install after 2 seconds the window closes and nothing happens

After awhile of running Runelite, my left clicks start spam-changing down a list of random options one can swap left click to with menu entry swapper. I've tried disabling/enabling plugins one at a time when the issue came up, and that didn't seem to solve the problem.

Okay so I may be wrong about this, but just in the interest of giving you something:
You might want to try to turn off SpeedStep in your bios, hopefully that will help.
If not, there are some issues* with 13th and 14th gen Intel processors that might be related to this, you may want to check out that route.

@faint furnace Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.

Hello, i mentioned earlier that im lagging specificaly at olm, its like animation lagg/fps lagg, the layout its smooth but comes at mutta/olm and i cant find out why.

If you migrated to a Jagex Account, there is no way to just login with Runelite directly, right? I'm still getting booted back to login screen with "Failed to Login, please try again". I've done everything I can to ensure that my internet is stable. I'm not saying it is explicitly a runelite issue, could be something back end, or jagex, or w\e. im looking through all my plugins but i havent touch them in like 3 days and its been working fine, and like a timmer it jsut switched and doesnt let me left click att anything just lets me examine them on my left click, and when i right click it gives me att option and then it works for like 3 mins before reverting back to examine on my left clicks, its strange :/

All of a sudden my runelite is constantly crashing. It seems to clear once I disable the GPU plugin but im not sure why it suddenly wants to start crashing when ive used this setting for years. Looking for any ideas or help if anybody has dealt with this

the client only crashes when im in the meiyerditch

i was doing darkness of hallowvale, while in the meiyerditch it would crash

i tp'd out and im no longer crashing

You might have a Jagex Account, you must then use the Jagex Launcher to launch RuneLite.

Hello does anyone know why my idle notifier doesn't work ?, I am running MacOS and i have it set to force to my screen on animation idle, movement idle, and interaction idle. However it works around 1-3 times and then i have to re-enable idle notifier because it stops working

does anyone know for the transmog model/animation plugin, i can replace the scorching bow regular attack with it's special attack animation? Is there a way to search or add a custom animation to have it swap to? I can't find the scorching bow special attack as an animation on the plugin. Thanks!
