To find the logs, you can do one of the following:

If your client failed to open, click the Open logs folder button.
Open the screenshot directory by right-clicking 📷 Camera button, navigate 1 directory up, then open logs folder.
Navigate to %userprofile%\.runelite\logs on Windows or $HOME/.runelite/logs on Linux and macOS.

Upload the log files named client and launcher by dragging them to Discord. If there are files prefixed with jvm_crash dated from today, upload them too.

I had no idea what the runelite account profile even did when my harddrive failed and built a new pc I ended up transferring my .runelite file on a flash drive to the new pc

The profile didnt transfer like anything at all not sure if it was user error or what but a usb flash drive works if you have access to the .runelite file

Basically there is a timer that when it runs out your all action are locked (you cant walk and cant interact with anything) then this shit pops up on your screen and the idea is that you need to do 10 pushups and after some time the Training Done button appears which when clicked unlocks your game so that you can keep playing and made that everyone in the party is locked at the same time and everyone needs to do their pushups so that the party can keep playing

Weird question with the new prayers - I do not use prayer re-ordering. Prior to logging in today, the new prayers from the Royal Titans overrode the old prayers but left them in the original order in the prayer book.

Upon logging in today they're in true level order, thus changing the order of the prayers.

I could easily just enable prayer re-ordering to resolve this, but just wondering if anything changed in the background, if anyone else had experienced this, or if I'm just insane

maybe, i am seeing it error out in the parts where its parsing the cache to find clog item defs. Which would probably kill the ability to sync clog items. I know a small number of people were running into that

Hi, I know using this feature https://github.com/runelite/runelite/wiki/General-Features#moving-overlays I can hold alt to move UI elements.

Is it possible to also somehow rotate them? If not, is there a technical reason for this or is it something I could post a suggestion for?

Hi guys, Im having a bit of trouble. I was trying to use Menu entry swapper to set Shift + left click to use my super restore potions instead of drop so I could deposit quickly and I mistakenly set it to just left click. So naturally I went to change it back but the drink option has dissapeared from left click. Now I cant left click my potions to drink them. screenshot and video trying to show what Im talking about.

I know this is 2 years old, but I was curious why my menu swap wouldn't let me "Tree" with the new Spirit Tree Fairy Ring upgrade, and it's because "Fairy Ring Last Desination" overrides "Tree" in the Menu Entry Swapper. Turning this to off fixed it. Thank you 2 year old post!

I did 105 kc yesterday
Today's new session is showing 1,288kc in loot tracker.

Why did it not save my 105kc from yesterday and reverted to total kc? which also isn't the actual total obviously. I really just want the info from 105kc onwards until I reset it. Any help is appreciated

you probably had 1183kc worth of old* loot in your loot tracker

and after you restarted the client, zulrah was in the most recent enemies, so it loaded all your zulrah data

Hey so opening another game crashes runelite's fps to 1 ONCE i switch to that game's window. However, even if i exit the other game runelite still is at 1 fps the only way to solve it is to exit from task maanger anybody know what i could try to diagnose why this might be happening

Hey yall so I have been using the stretched mode X fixed mode hide chat plugin for like a month never had a problem then yesterday it randomly changed. Whenever I get prompted dialogue or talk to an npc or use contact npc spell or anything like that, vital dialogue I need to see it doesnt show up unless I click all chat which is bothersome and I dont want it open hence the plugins. Dont know if anybody knows whats up or can help.

I've been having a strange problem recently since about a week ago. A portion of my bank is unclickable and I'm unable to remove any items in that area. The problem doesn't happen every time I launch the game and it will go away sometimes if I restart my computer. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall rl but it didn't fix it. I'm running windows 10. Dunno if this is the right place to ask but figured I'd try.

Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

To find the logs, you can do one of the following:

If your client failed to open, click the Open logs folder button.
Open the screenshot directory by right-clicking 📷 Camera button, navigate 1 directory up, then open logs folder.
Navigate to %userprofile%\.runelite\logs on Windows or $HOME/.runelite/logs on Linux and macOS.

Upload the log files named client and launcher by dragging them to Discord. If there are files prefixed with jvm_crash dated from today, upload them too.

Hello all, I am sure you have gotten this questions a thousand times... I recently switched over from mobile to a laptop wanting to try out Runelite. When I open and launch RL - after logging in I get an error message telling me I have to run Jagex account launcher instead. I followed that but it doesn't allow me to access RL. Jagex keeps putting fancy loot mechanics into the game, and we have to look at your inventory, and see what changes in it, and report that as the loot

@wet thorn I played for a little while with it, npc dialogue works perfectly, crafting prompt pops up, npc contact spell works fine. However, I tried leaving the gauntlet and the dialogue didnt pop up to leave and I also tried some guardians of the rift where the chat box pop up for exceeding inventory space doesnt pop up. No biggie thought I'd just let you know!

I've forked a plugin available on the hub and expanded the features some. I'm certain nothing is rule breaking but I'm concerned about getting banned for using my fork. Is there precedent for this? Any general guidelines for using personalised plugins? The dev mentioned that using external libraries was generally undesirable but I can't find any official set of do's and don'ts. Hope this isn't off topic.

i should note tho, you might still need a second CA completion to confirm it's fixed, since turning a broken plugin off, doesn't mean the problem it caused will just disappear

if you happen to turn off all (lets say 6) plugins you both share, and it's still broken, a client restart will probably be required

3 days ago 1/2 of my runelite profiles dissappeared not that big of a deal it was a leagues profile and a account i dont play on currently however now my "another-bronzeman-mode" plugin has all unlocks gone because the profile disappeared and came back on a restart. any idea on a profile state back up from 3 days ago before the profiles went missing?

I have an issue with phosanis pillar phase. Insane tick delay,(especially during hands) random yellow clicks when it should never be yellow, rotating and zooming with mouse lags. any suggestions ? internet is fine, fps isnt dropping.

Many plugins from the pluginhub break the client in subtle or not-so-subtle ways, including causing issues like client freezes. We do not support pluginhub plugins because we do not make or quality control them, and do not recommend their use.

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

To find the logs, you can do one of the following:

If your client failed to open, click the Open logs folder button.
Open the screenshot directory by right-clicking 📷 Camera button, navigate 1 directory up, then open logs folder.
Navigate to %userprofile%\.runelite\logs on Windows or $HOME/.runelite/logs on Linux and macOS.

Upload the log files named client and launcher by dragging them to Discord. If there are files prefixed with jvm_crash dated from today, upload them too.
