It's fine, but that's usually the fix if the problem only happens with the sidepanel open

If the issue does still happen with the sidebar closed, and not in safe mode but only with gpu active, I'd look into rolling back (or perhaps updating) your gpu drivers perhaps. Also turning off gsync in your nvidia control panel I suppose, but usually that's a problem when 2 games are open

It’s odd. It wasn’t happening since I turned it off yesterday but then earlier it started happening again. It did still happen with the sidebar closed and I had updated my drivers and nothing changed either. I can try disabling gsync I suppose

Rolling back to some old driver is usually better; often times a quite old one

Kinda necroposting here, so apologies, but I wanted to correct some incorrect information you received here. Currently the combat and non-combat timers are different ingame; they are not synchronized rn. The thing felan said will only work if you are not combat boosted and use a non-combat boost. In that case the RL timer will also be correct though. I've written a fix for RL, but it still needs to be reviewed by a maintainer (https://github.com/runelite/runelite/pull/17996).
Thus, using an attack/str/def potion like Felan suggested will show you the incorrect timers right now.

Also silent pinging @gilded kayak and @leaden trail so they know in case someone else shows up with the same problem^

After this update my shift-click swap for prayer orb icon seems to not work anymore. I had it set to 'Setup quick prayers', but now it just activates them. When I shift-right-click the icon, the swap left-click is in there twice, see pic

I have tried restarting runelite, re-enabling the Menu Entry Swapper plugin (haven't got the plugin hub extended one installed). Both didn't help.

Also the left-click swap option seems to be there twice the Run orb icon (though there's nothing to swap there). For anything else I've tried so far, the swap-shift click seems present (and left-click only once in the menu).

i used to use an old laptop and the plugin ran fine, but now i upgraded and i am using a 4070 super, and activating the plugin completly tanks teh performance of the game
im playing on linux if that might be part of the reason, already checked drivers, other games have been playing completly fine, and the lag onlu occurs when i enable the gpu plugin, and worserns significantly if i increase teh render distance even a little bit over 20

I'm not sure if this is the right place for plugin-specific support, but the PvP Tracker plugin seems to be broken as a result of this update. My fights are being logged as multiple fights because it thinks 1 or 2 hits constitute the full fight. So one fight entry is being split out into like 40 entries

First time posting here so apologies if this is not the right place. Ever since the update today when I try to log in using Jagex Launcher and Runelite everything works fine until I am in game then a few seconds or so later my screen freezes and I cannot do anything except quit RuneLite. I am using a Macbook Pro. I have tried to launch in safe mode and that appears to work. I am also able to use mobile just fine as well. Anyone know what is wrong or how to fix this?

Run the RuneLite (safe mode) shortcut, or with a Jagex account, first run the RuneLite (configure) shortcut and tick the Safe mode box, then launch RuneLite via the Jagex launcher.

Mac
In Terminal, run:
/Applications/RuneLite.app/Contents/MacOS/RuneLite --configureTick the Safe mode box. Launch RuneLite.

If it's not working, download and install the updated RuneLite launcher from the website link in #welcome. You don't need to uninstall your current version. You will not lose any settings or plugins. Then try running safemode again.

The prayer and hitpoints idle notifier seem to randomly have a huge delay on when they are triggered. up to like 40 seconds. My idle delay is set to 2.

Since it's related to the idle notifier I just wanted to add that neither animation, interaction nor movement idle notifier works as usual. Worked fine yesterday but when I have two windows open it doesn't notify on idle on one window whilst the other is active, somehow it thinks they are connected maybe?
