Heyo, I know that there's an open issue for customizable anchors, but is there a way to reorder UI elements within existing anchors? For example, I'd like my boost info and enemy health bar to both be in the anchor box above my chatbox. But I want the enemy health bar to be above the boost info and for some reason it's always below it.

I got a problem with my menu entry swapper. I had to recently wipe my computer and reinstall runelite. My shift click walk here for monsters seems to be bugged. I have to tap shift a second time to get "attack" option to become visible again. Any ideas how to fix it?

I'm having an issue with the Grand Exchange plugin. All settings are on default. I ran it in safe mode and still have the same issue. Items in members don't load and refuse to load while I'm on a F2P server and I don't know if this is an update or what.

This temporarily disables the GPU plugin and all hub plugins which will allow you to confirm the issue is caused by one of those plugins and isn't a core RuneLite issue.
If the issue is caused by a hub plugin, you should isolate which plugin it is and then uninstall the plugin.

Hi guys, long term Runelite user here, currently running a 3060, 32gb ram and an i5 12600kf cpu, I'm struggling sometimes with input delay and my FPS not being stable at 144 even though my set up can hit that. FPS goes between 60-130 at basilisk knights so not a high intensive area.

My task manager is showing plenty of spare resource on GPU/CPU, and was wondering if any myths around the amount of plugins/loot tracker history can impact performance?

OSRS is my main game and built this PC a month or two ago to try and get a better experience but still hitting these frustrating snags.

Tried GPU green tree solutions (only GPU on - kept FPS counter on) - have to excuse the stupid nvidia recording quality doesnt like runelite for some reason. Shadowplay and recording is always turned off - just manually turned on "recording" in the nvidia overlay to record this.

Hey, my wife isn't able to right-click move the camera anymore with the Camera plug-in for some reason. Issue only started after upgrading to a Jagex Account and launching through their launcher, nothing else has changes since the last time she played. Right click now behaves as a left-click when the box is ticked, and behaves like a normal right click when the box is not ticked. Either way, she cannot rotate the screen with right mouse.

I checked her in-game setting and the 'one button mouse' setting is not enabled.

I'm not quite sure what happened, but my inventory box used to be on the far right corner when my screen is maximized (1920x1080) and it's suddenly this and no amount of resizing fixes it. is this a known issue?

RL overlays and many Jagex widgets can be moved around the screen by holding the Drag Hotkey, (default: Alt) configurable in "RuneLite" settings, and left click dragging it around the screen.
Some overlays can be resized by dragging their bounds, right clicking will also reset their size and position.
They can also contain additional options, such as opening the config of the plugin that makes them, which can be discovered by shift right clicking.

I'd run a system update and make sure packages are up to date and restart PC and see if that helps first.

Hello, my client doesnt work with my new Macbook Air 2024 M3 version. I have the Jagex Launcher and i have added Runelite to the applications folder already, and i have researched to try and find a fix for it.

Lately I've been experiencing severe fps drops while playing on Runelite. It can happen at any moment, usually at bosses, but also just walking around, bankstanding or doing something else unimportant. Frames go from 50 fps down to 20-30 fps, and it won't restore itself until I restart Runelite completely. It happens to me multiple times a day.

Initially thought it was a plugin, but it happens with 117HD on/off, gpu on/off and even happens to me using Runelite Safemode (see video). Anyone know how to solve this?

Hello, I just cleaned up my hard drive and I can login to my gmail account on the runelite website and on runlite but none of my accounts with settings are syncing, I can see a bunch of settings on the runelite website but nothing on the runelite client.

u must have clicked sync on these ones, but not the ones u care about

that was why Adam asked if those were your settings, since a fresh start is 1 profile, not 3

Ok so once I have .runelite on my new hard drive. How do I import it?

the easiest way would be to rename the .runelite folder you currently have to something else, .runelite-fresh or something, and then just copy paste the old folder to the same spot

so you end up with something like this, the client will look for the .runelite folder and load everything like normal

basically RuneLite won't know anything is changed, it just starts up and reads whatever is in the .runelite folder

you could delete the folder on the new computer instead of renaming, but renaming is what we normally tell people to do

So I was able to get it uninstalled, had to go into my files and delete a folder that had possibly a backup file for some reason? Reinstalled and it worked. Only issue now is I was able to sign in on the runelite page with the account but none of my plugins are showing. It's also showing 2 different accounts with the same name. One has no info and the other has all the boss kills and raids completions. Would deleting the one not showing anything fix it?

I'm aware of when there's 2 profiles on the website with the same username, deleting the blank one fixes the loot tracker, but I'm not sure if it also fixes plugin loading(????)

Ironically I told cowep to rename his .runelite folder for his issue, because it most commonly is the best practice

and then you immediately run into that

if you can restore, you should rename the .runelite folder to .runelite-old or something, instead of deleting it

hellooo, not sure if it counts as a "runelite" debugging issue, but I've been on arch these past couple months and have had to use "Bolt Launcher" as stated by the jagex support team so I can even play the game since they don't port jagex launcher over there and wine won't even boot it up just so i could launch it, regardless, I've noticed it's not sending tray notifs with idle notifier ( i have the same settings between the windows profile and the arch profile in regards to the notification setup) would anyone be of assistance?

the client probably doesn't know that item, because it's actually called MEMBERS ITEM right now

It's crazy that Ryzen CPU clocking can just crash JVM's and we have 0 clue what the actual issue is
