so the first ideas that come to mind are:
simplicity for health benefits
but ig that is just the same as some normal health diets
maybe paleo, i havent read much abt that tho
but all diets that restrict food only are a version of this
and many diets are like that
so
theres only like a few words for types of food like soweli, kili and soko so probably not that diverse or something
ilo moku
maybe just a pot
bc you can cook things in there like a pan
but also boil things and whatnot
its prob the simplest but versatile
and theres a word for it
lupa
so
ya
(even tho thats just the shape)
ok
but also
the food should has to be from the words in toki pona
in those categories
at least,
well ya
but
i will add aku, anta, lapan maybe
those are sandboxed, obscure nimisin
but they're like,
i value them
and theyre important food nimisin imo
and also,
now, we've arrived at our basic set
you can add adjectives to the food nouns like kili loje for any red fruit (tomatoes, strawberries, etc)
and namako
as well
yea thats what i was thinking
i feel like it should prob be kili-centric
bc if you think abt it
kili is only different from kasi in its "food" status
and its the only one differentiated in that way
so i feel like to a degree, it's more produce centric
although we do have words for animals, so those arent off table
but nnnn
