well i suppose since nn and nm are not full syllables, we can read it as "forbidden phoneme clusters" instead of "forbidden syllables" in which case you don't need those

but then it should also just the dipthongs i suppose. idk

the horrors of trying to encompass all the phonotactic rules in one silly creature
