||when kel is looking for sunny save and then ignore him… there’s where u enter.

be careful with the keeper of the castle, because that can make you miss the abbyss, lost library, blackspace 2 and rococo

i recommend you to enter the abbys BEFORE fighting perfectheart, and forgive Abbi, to have the best weapons. thats my recommendation for the battle

also collect a lot of clams and farm on the side quest of squizzards to buy items, buy A LOT of them, specially life jam||

The follow-ups are super helpful in a lot of fights so I’d say it’s worth getting familiar with what they do!! After certain milestones in the story they will change and become stronger so getting to know them all off by heart isn’t too important right now, I’d say just mess around and see what they do and what works for you!!

Release energy can be pretty good as it gives the party a stat boost afterwards so it can help with the remainder of the fight, but ultimately it’s up to how you wanna play out your battles ^^

• Important follow-ups for damage (other than RE) are Attack Again and Look at Omori.
  • Look at Omori is stronger than Attack Again for every follow-up tier except the last.
• Look at Hero is sometimes good as it's the only HP healing skill on any character other than Hero, and it's very strong (75% HP and 50% MP, and a strong defense buff)
• Look at Kel is the only attack buff in the game (aside from Cheer, which is console-exclusive). Note that it doesn't affect Kel.
• Tier 3 Pass to Hero reduces attack of all foes, and Pass to Omori is the only skill in the game that inflicts a stage 2 emotion.

||- Omori: Rose Hairclip

• Hit rate charm, also boosts speed for vertigo damage
• Aubrey: Baseball Bat, Gladiolus Hairband
  • Also hit rate charm, plus high luck boost is good on Aub (she has 3 base). If you don't need the hit rate use Cough Mask instead.
  • Bat is uncontested as the best Aub weapon, out-stats literally everything else lmao
• Kel: Chicken Ball, Flower Crown
  • Can use Fox Tail or Rabbit Foot if you want pure run 'n gun damage, but Kel will be very vulnerable without a HP charm like flower crown
  • Basketball is also viable but Chicken Ball is usually better since it basically guarantees Kel will out-speed everything. If you're nuking and can reach speed cap with Basketball (requires Kel to have coffee and not be sad), use it as it has a very big luck bonus for crit chance
• Hero: Ol' Reliable, Cough Mask (or Cactus Hairclip if mask is in use)
  • Or pretty much anything to improve survivability, heck you could use Chef Hat since it also has a decent defense stat
  • Tenderizer is pretty much only ever used for fastkilling, you can use it if you want ||

And the most I’ve gotten her down to is like 70% of her second phase health bar

iirc the strat I used was to dedicate 1 (or 2 at max) characters for healing w/ whole chickens and whole pizzas (preferably Kel since he’s the fastest, and sometimes Hero if you wanna be safe). Also OMORI has a skill that can slow her down which REALLY helps, I think it was “cripple”, this expires after a few turns so keep using it every now and again and use everyone left for attacking.

Oh yeah, and if you have snowcones I recommend using them

on the console version the save files are all bunched into one file. theyll have the file name and then its associated data all bunched together. so like theres file1.rpgsave1, then some null text, then all of the data up until where the next files data starts. so what you can do is take that data and name its file whatever it was called according to that file, then put it into an rpgmaker save editor and change the variables, then just put back the data for that associated save file in the main savedata file and launch the game

thats probably a really bad way to explain it, its hard to explain

its best to spare her so you can collect the red tentacles around headspace, which gives special items for each characters

well i put the mod into the folder for it and then i played the mod until i was finshed and then i took the mod out of the folder to play normal omori and then nothing was working

A few months ago I tried to play omori on arch linux and it was actually working pretty well until I initiated a battle, then the screen went black (I could still hear the battle music so the game didn't stop running, just black screened) and I couldn't really do anything, does this happen to anyone else/is there a fix to this
