he cant take dmg while neutral so you need to listen to what he says (memory recalling), which hints at his emotion, after that have KEL (since he's the fastest) use a toy like daisy/present/poetry book to get the corresponding emotion while also making your party stronger against ||space ex husband||'s emotion,line up your dmg skills in the same turn because he no longer becomes invulnerable for 2 turns.

||for the foes filed achievement: fight pluto before leaving the junkyard, once you get the mandatory cutscene after that where the space pirates search for him and he hides in a hole, he wont be available as an enemy anymore (the pluto expanded fight in jawsums office is considered a different enemy. when you enter the lost forest make sure to fight the bunnies there too as theyll become inaccessible after leaving||
||save right before accepting the keeper of the castle's offer and go back to that save afterwards, the only thing its there for is the achievement but its completely useless afterwards and it permanently gets rid of the entire sweetheart area so its just not worth it||
||the mari picnic in the breaven area right before fighting the unbread twins will become inaccessible after beating them (along with everything else there)||

||the minty fresh achievement (brushing ur teeth every day) is technically also missable but i imagine thats probably harder to forget about as long as you have a list of achievements||
