One that comes to mind is to complete Foe Facts: encounter (mostly) all enemies. make sure this includes Pluto behind the tree in the prologue, the first time you enter Otherworld, as it's missable. Everything else can mostly be accomplished by being thorough with the game||

||All of its attacks ignore attack and defence, you can use air horns to make the party as angry as possible with no downside. Make sure you're using Snack Time almost every turn, you should also use items if necessary. When it gets to phase 3, use Tickle + Red Hands + Beatdown in one turn to try to end the fight before you have to deal with too many turns of phase 3's high damage. Snack Time also heals angry party members more if Hero is happy because happy is strong against angry, you can do that to fully heal most of the party.||
