Hi, the game randomly stopped working after beating it on Linux. I tried uninstalling CEP Lite and reinstalling the game but that didn't work. Distro is Arch and I was using Proton Experimental

||kel, omori and aubrey have nukes that i know about, both kel and omori have a skill using speed instead of attack (vertigo and run n gun) if you make them happy, give them speed charms and give them a coffee then those skills will do a lot of damage. aubrey's nuke is last resort, give her an item that boosts her hp the most for best results, i'd say use the weapons you get from abbi's tentacles except for maybe giving kel the chicken ball if you have that and want to nuke your way through it. for charms pretty much use whatever you like the most from abbi's tentacles and maybe also the flowercrown|| (my bad if my sentence structure sucks)

||if you go to capt spaceboy's house and interact with pinkbeard then you can get batteries, once you have batteries you have to put them in the fish in the igloo in that snowy area, when the fish is done singing go in the basement. to get to abbi you have to go to the abyss, its at the end of the highway in deep well, you need all keys from the hangman puzzle to gain acces to it||

you have to first go ingame and save in one of the 6 slots, after that you have to download the file you want from the pinned section in this channel, after that you check whether the number of the save file corresponds to the file you saved in previously (like savefile1 for example), after doing that you need to load the save and save again in game

just now noticing this, you may have given up for now but i'll still list some common issues:

make sure you are actually modifying the saves of the omori installation you are opening, double check the folder you are in.
you can confirm you're in the right folder by saving your game normally, then ensuring the "Date modified" on the file is correct.
as you are aware, it won't look like it worked until you physically load the file and can walk around in the save
and yes, you should close the game before making any changes to its files or saves

I usually recommend level 40+ for this boss
||Going to Deeper Well for the sheet music, and fighting the 3 fear bosses for their skills, will make you a lot stronger for the encounter||

||you can focus only on Hero when you do “all-foes” skills like vertico or wind up throw, recommended if u have emotion advantage. Can maybe stock up for whole healing items like whole chickens. I also recommend use nukes with Kel or Omori. And perhaps, the best option you have is to actually read and think about the deals he has

For Humphrey part, go back to Humphrey and let he has the ticket, then you can go back to Humphrey||

for the Kite Kid encounter, the longer you delay the fight, the harder he gets.
If it's on 2 days left or earlier, you can probably get away with being level 10 or so.
If it's on 1 day left, recommend level 25+

the boss is optional, you can come back later.
I don't typically recommend grinding in omori.

guy you can do this by positioning yourself right where omori/whatever character you tagged right on top of Scott’s sprite’s head and you can interact with him

you have to position yourself very carefully

||you have to complete the puzzle, go to molly's room and watch the cutscene, after that you have to go back to the hard puzzle rooms and go through the teleporters and then you should be able to find her there||

there is a boss called ||perfectheart which is the strongest boss ingame i believe. bossrush is also a challenge and bossman hero is also a thing since you just mentioned you're on switch||

||its a hikki route only enemy so its on the last day of hikki route after blackspace, you have to get the check from last resort (fighting bossman hero if you on switch) then bring check to humphrey, then take the elevator down and go to marina's lab and then you can battle mutantheart||

personally i went with a miserable tactic, then making either one of them heal while the other dealt damage, sure its a lengthy process but it got the job done

also use the ||cripple|| move to lower their speed

as run n gun can literally decimate your whole health bar
