another general suggestion i would recommend is to use aubrey's follow-up with hero (raises defense + makes happy iirc) at least once and then have her tank with counter

iirc most/all of their attacks ||in the second and third phases|| are single-target so counter and charm should work pretty well there

power hit to debuff defense is also always nice

ultimately tho that boss is meant to be a big damage sponge so you kind of just have to focus on keeping your party healthy as you wear them down
