There are 2 routes, and a 3rd minor one that has it's own branches. I'd compare it to undertale in a sense...

• 
  First being the Sunny Route. This one is triggered by answering the door for kel on day 1.
  Basically, a good route to go through on your first playthrough.
  This one focuses a little more on lore and less on the RPG aspect.
• 
  Second is the Hikikomori Route. This one is triggered by, you guessed it, NOT answering the door for kel on day 1, and instead going back to bed.
  This one focuses more on the RPG aspect of the game, adding new areas in headspace to explore.
• 
  Third is the neutral route, and it kinda branches off on either route i'm pretty sure. I think both routes have different activations depending on if you initially chose the sunny route or the hikikomori route, and they both have different endings
