It would be nearly impossible to do that in Japan, since it would probably be animated in Nui's art style.
Even if it's just a matter of pacing. There's a chance that the manga version will be animated as is, so it'll probably be at the pace of the manga.

If you make a standard 30-minute anime in Japan, it's divided into 12 episodes, as per the basic rules in Japan.
It may not be a matter of pacing, but there will still be scenes that need to be cut or added. That will cause complaints again.

These are words I've heard a number of times here. "to turn better" and "it will improve."
To put it bluntly, it almost never gets better as those words suggest.
To be more specific, the main complaints about the OMORI manga arise because there is a preconceived ideal of "if I were to draw OMORI as a manga, it should be like this," and it is at odds with this.

As for World of mouth- I think he meant speaking praises in that case. 'show everyone how good the game is'. There are some games that make their 'money' s worth on the fanbase and merchandise more than the product itself.
Personally, I think OMOCAT is getting plenty of my money already. I gift Omori once every month to a random person (sometimes no Reddit, sometimes on discord) and I have merch even if importing it is expensive- so at least I don't feel too bad purchasing from a reseller for now. This is my arrogant opinion, but the problem with pirated copies is not so much about money, but about ethics, which never have an answer. If you cross the ocean, the laws, culture, mentality, religion, everything is different. Even if you can make an effort to understand, it is impossible to understand each other. Thoughts and spirit cannot be bought with money.
