if it's okay for me to say, i think i prefer the way kel is colored here, but i prefer the way sunny and basil are colored on the previous version of the image that you shared. mostly because they feel more "accurate" to the way they're colored in the game.
of course, since it's a fan-coloring, accuracy isn't as important as "the creator had fun coloring it this way", so as long as you like the result, it should be fine

i'm not good at art, so it's a bit hard for me to pinpoint the exact reason, but i feel like the reason as to why kel's colors felt off on the previous image and not in this one, is because it feels as if kel was sort of "immune" to light, in a way? like, his colors are darker than i would expect seeing how everything else is lit up, including the walls and background objects. in the newer version that you shared, it feels more like light is actually bouncing off of him and making his colors lighter

no, i dislike how the artwork is rushed in most panels, and how some panels portray the characters in simply inappropriate ways.
i also don't like how the story is being handled, i think the pacing is too sped up for my tastes, and even when trying to look at the manga as its own standalone story, i still don't find it very interesting.

i do like the way certain panels look like, examples of which i've attached to this message (Chapter 01, Page 06 / Chapter 02, Page 42 / Chapter 03, Page 05 / Chapter 03, Page 44)
i think the manga could have been a bit more tolerable had nui been given a bit more time to really polish the panels he's drawn, specially those that are noticeably lacking in detail or in background elements
i also find it interesting how certain parts of some chapters have focused more on "adding" to the story, by giving more dialogue to certain events that the manga adapts, or by making up new ones such as the || love letter sequence || in chapter || 5 ||. i can't say i like all of these changes, but i think it's better than what the manga usually does, which is very loosely adapting the game and tripping over itself at every opportunity

it's been a while since i played the game, so i might be wrong but, didn't the entrance to lost library get uncovered by accident? if i recall correctly, it was right after the sweetheart bossfight, when you level up your follow-ups with your friends, the stage where sweetheart's quest for hearts was destroyed, so omori can fall down into the lost library all by himself. they might find it by accident in the manga as well
