ignoring the whole nui shit. the artstyle really isnt fitting for omori, it kinda looks weird and rushed on chapter 2 (because it IS rushed!, have you looked at those hands holy fuck), the manga is literally omocat going back onto the "omori is gonna be a comic" thing which she specifically scrapped because omori didnt fit as one (which will prob show a lot more with more important bosses and stuff like duet and the omori fight) and having to do weird pacing changes to keep up with the monthly updates and keep it interesting ends up fucking continuity a lot which is gonna make it be completely different by the end. which isnt really a good thing when you are just making a retelling of the game

there is also basil but hey they gotta make a gay character

they could have still used afraid a bit more

and no its not that afraid is specifically for story moments and trauma related things

because creepypasta is a thing and that enemy is more complex than half the bosses
