What's COTW like right now? It had so many bugs the last time I played, like rewarding platinum scoring animals for needing two shots to take down a gold and such, the lights of the ATV only working when the vehicle pointed west, stupid stuff like that made me quit playing

I haven't played a ton (46hours only) and i dont personally target plat+ etc. Lights seem fine imo and i havent noticed anything else that's wrong with score stuff
Other then exiting the ATV in an annoying way (camera angle jumps)

They must have eventually/finally fixed some of those issues then. Getting a platinum score for bad shots on a gold wasn't fun, took the feeling of the actual platinum scores away for sure.

Yeah it's probably been fixed. But it was bad back then ๐ The ATV lights only being visible when pointing in one certain direction was annoying. The lights would still be 'on' in other directions but no longer lit up the environment, made it impossible to use the ATV.

Depending on how 'hot' the zone became, it can take a long time for it to cool down again
I believe it is possible to permanently scare them away from a spot by going too far

Im relatively active in trying to mod mc, so i know versions past 1.16 have optifine alternatives that function better and are actually compatible with mods
Optifine is known to cause many many issues when using mods
