also the golems are sometimes getting stuck in the dirt, which slows down the farm, but as I said, overall it is kinda fine

I think curing villagers 2 times will be enough (there will be exceptions) for prices like these, but a sharpness V book normally costs 64 emeralds so I need to do it until it will be as cheap as buns

Well, i think so. Downloaded them for the game version at modrinth for "Fabric" which I suppose is the vanilla launcher?

Most mods have a readme file included or it's part of the description on the mod page how to install said mod

Have you run the fabric installer for the minecraft version you want?

Also, optifine is forge only, so if you want an optimisation mod for fabric you will want sodium and also iris for the shaderpack support

If it is just the base launcher you got from either the mojang website or the Microsoft store tha doesn't have any base mod support

For fabric, you download this https://fabricmc.net/, and then run it and choose which version you want, it will then make a new installation in the .minecraft folder where you then put the fabric mods along with the fabric api (another mod) in the mods folder, you can also make a new folder and then I'm the version select in the minecraft launcher chose the fabric version

And you should only get mods from either curseforge or modrinth as they are the most trust worthy platforms

And for forge mods you download the install from here https://files.minecraftforge.net/net/minecraftforge/forge/ and then install it like the fabric one apart from the fact you have to download the correct forge version from the website, and you don't need any app mods

Some mods will require you to download the dependencies as well, you just put them in your mods folder with the mods

so Forge with Mods now works, thanks for that. But now in the Microsoft MC Launcher I can either chose to load Optifine OR Forge, not both. If I load forge, the shaders do not work, if I select Optifine, the mods dont work

when you install optifine there should be 3 options, one of them makes it into a forge mod, it's been awhile since i did it but that should be it

just looked it's the extract option, doing that will make it a mod for forge

took me a while to figure it out the first time
