@sick jasper If you hunt enough, can you still find the triggers? Their visibility may have been turned off by a mod, but can be re-enabled in the deb menu. If you can't find them somewhere, them it's definitely a mod which is conflicting somewhere.

Best way to check - fast travel to a different city, you should spawn at the mechanic's for that city and inside the trigger. If you don't, drove a few feet forward and back.
